- Parsley — to buy1 bunch
- Feta — to buy100 g
- Egg — to buy1
- Olive oil — to buy1 tbsp
Preparation
Cook the sliced onion and bell pepper in the oil for 4-5 minutes, then add the ground beef and brown it for 5 minutes, breaking it up well with a fork.
Add the diced tomato, chopped parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper, simmer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is a little dry — a too-wet filling would make the dough soggy while baking.
Roll out the pizza dough into an elongated boat shape about 30 cm long, and fold the edges slightly inward, pinching them firmly to form a rim that will hold the filling.
Spread the meat filling in an even layer in the centre, crumble the feta on top, and bake for 12-15 minutes at 220°C (hot oven, ideally fan-assisted) until the edges are nicely puffed and golden.
Out of the oven, crack the egg in the centre while it's still hot if you like (it will finish cooking gently from residual heat without turning hard), and serve immediately, by hand, like a slice of pizza.
