- Lime — to buy2
- Peanut paste — to buy150 g

Preparation
Cut the chicken into 2-3 cm pieces and thread onto wooden skewers that have been soaked in water beforehand (so they don't burn while cooking).
Blend the garlic, part of the palm sugar, the soy sauce and lime juice into a smooth marinade, then coat the skewers generously. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Meanwhile, make the satay sauce: heat the peanut paste with a little water, the remaining palm sugar, soy sauce and lime juice over low heat, stirring, until you get a smooth sauce that coats a spoon.
Heat a grill, barbecue or grill pan over high heat.
Cook the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly and brushing with marinade, until well browned and cooked through.
Serve the skewers hot, drizzled with satay sauce and with lime wedges on the side.
