Ingredients: 250 g Peanut paste; 1 Onion; 2 gousses Garlic; 1 morceau Ginger; 0.5 Chili pepper; 2 cuillères Tomato paste; 250 ml Stock; 4 Tomato; à goût Salt; 1 cuillère Sugar

Onion — to buy1
Garlic — to buy2 gousses
Ginger — to buy1 morceau
Chili pepper — to buy0.5
Tomato paste — to buy2 cuillères
Stock — to buy250 ml
Tomato — to buy4
Salt — to buyà goût
Sugar — to buy1 cuillère

Preparation

Put peanut butter in pot.
Add water gradually stirring well.
Add onion, garlic, ginger and chili.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste 2 minutes.
Pour broth and bring to gentle simmer.
Add tomatoes, simmer 15 minutes.
Season with salt and sugar.
