- Rice — to buy500 g cooked
- Onion — to buy1
- Garlic — to buy2 cloves
- Petits pois — to buy100 g
- Egg — to buy2
- Soy sauce — to buy2 tbsp
- Lime — to buy1
- Chili pepper — to buy1
- Olive oil — to buy2 tbsp
Preparation
Ideally use rice cooked and cooled the day before, its separate grains fry better without sticking.
Heat the oil in a wok and sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes over high heat.
Add the peas and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Push the vegetables to the side, crack the eggs into the wok and scramble them quickly.
Add the rice and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes over high heat, separating the grains well with a spatula.
Drizzle with soy sauce, mix well and stir-fry for 2 more minutes until the rice is hot and lightly toasted in spots.
Serve right away with lime wedges and chili on the side.
