- Flour — to buy200 g
- Milk — to buy400 ml
- Egg — to buy3
- Sugar — to buy3 tbsp
- Salt — to buy1 pinch
- Butter — to buy50 g
- Cottage cheese — to buy300 g
Preparation
Whisk the flour, milk, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of sugar, the salt and 20 g of melted butter until you get a smooth, fluid crêpe batter.
Heat a lightly buttered pan and cook thin crêpes for 1-2 minutes per side, until you have 10-12 crêpes; stack them on a plate.
Mix the drained fromage blanc with the remaining egg and 2 tablespoons of sugar for the filling, until smooth and not too runny.
Place a spoonful of filling on each crêpe, fold in the sides then roll into a small, tightly closed parcel.
Melt the remaining butter in a pan and brown the rolled nalysnyky for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and the filling is hot.
Serve immediately, warm.
You can top them with a spoonful of sour cream or jam for an even more indulgent dessert.
