- Cucumber — to buy2
- Radish — to buy6
- Egg — to buy4
- Ham — to buy150 g
- Dill — to buy1 bunch
- Mustard — to buy1 tsp
- Salt — to buy1 tsp
Preparation
Hard-boil the eggs for 9 minutes, cool them under cold water, peel and cut into small dice.
Cut the cucumber, radishes and ham into small even dice, about pea-sized: fine dicing is essential so every spoonful is balanced.
Mix the kefir with the mustard and a little cold water (about 100 ml) to lighten it slightly, season with salt.
Add the diced egg, cucumber, radish and ham to the kefir, mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour: okroshka is always served well chilled, never lukewarm.
Serve sprinkled with chopped dill, with ice cubes if you like it even colder.
